Your Order When you submit an order you are offering to buy the goods. We will use your personal details for supply your goods, but will not pass your details onto any other company, except our delivery company. Orders will normally be despatched within 3-5 working days. If items are not in stock we will try to despatch within 10 working days. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 10 working days, we will contact you to ascertain if you still require the goods or would prefer an alternative.

Your Purchase Will be dispatched to you by Business Post, you will be charged a £6.00 delivery charge up to a maximum weight of 22kilos. If your order weighs more than this, we will contact you by e-mail and advise of any additional charge. These prices are for Mainland UK only, please contact us for overseas shipping.

Credit Card Payment If a refund is due with respect to a cancellation or dispute, monies will be returned within 14 working days.

How do you Pay by the following credit cards, Visa, Switch, Delta, Mastercard, or by sterling cheque. The goods belong to Wickets until we receive full payment.

Complaints Any complaints will be responded to within 7 working days. Trade Marks belong to their respective holders.
